Seattle police report that a robbery victim was left with a minor stab wound after he got off a bus nearNortheast 65th Street and 36th Avenue Northeast just after 1 a.m. today.
The victim was walking southbound when three suspects jumped out of some bushes and attacked him.
“The suspects hit the victim in his head, knocked him to the ground and apparently stabbed him in his back, leaving him with a half-inch wound. The suspects then fled with the victim’s bag,” police said.
The victim was able to run home and called 911. Officers tried searching for the suspects with the help of a K9 unit, but weren’t able to find them.
The victim was then taken to University of Washington Medical Center by a private ambulance.
